Indigo Expat insurance (Allianz) – 2026 conditions
Indigo Expat insurance (CFE, Classic) have been reviewed by Allianz. And new conditions apply from January 1st 2026. To end, new premiums come into effect at the renewal date of your contract.
NB: Allianz a indicated that prodicts are now renewed only every two years. Therefore, documents dated January 2025 are still valid for 2026.
Run off with Allianz
As a reminder, please note that Indigo Expat insurance insured and administered by Allianz Worldwide Care are in Run Off. Practically speaking, premiums with AWC increase faster than those with our new products insured by Vyv IB. For example: Indigo ExpatWeCare (1er €), OnePack (CFE) or Junior.

Indigo Expat insurance – medical inflation
In summary, renewal mainly take into account the following parameters:
- first, the updated age of each insured,
- second, technical results,
- third, medical inflation.

Thus, the cost of health continues to increase in the world. Global medical inflation is projected to +10% in 2026. An updated report should be available at the end of this year.
Indigo Expat plans – index for renewals
As a reminder, the contract takes into account the insured’s age at renewal. Despites requests, Allianz has not disclosed the indexations applied to premiums for Indigo Expat CFE and Classic insurance from 2026 onwards. A calculation based on premiums in Euros and annual payment reveals the following changes.
